THE TOP 10 FILMS TO WATCH WHEN YOU ARE SAD AND ALONE :)

1. DEAR JOHN

'Dear John' is a rocky yet incredible love story between a beautiful schoolgirl (Amanda Seyfried) and a super hot soldier (Channing Tatum). There is no better remedy to your loneliness than a dose of the sexy hunk Channing. His rock-hard abs and chiselled looks are the reason why you should definitely give this film a watch...and oh yeah, the film isn't half bad either.

2. LOVE, ROSIE

'Love, Rosie' is a veryyy cute love story about two "friends" who get with several other people before they realise they're destined to be together. It is certainly a more realistic portrayal of the unexpected and tedious conquest for love, making it more relatable for us love-thirsty teens.

3. THE LONGEST RIDE

Now, this film HAS to be one of my personal favourites. And not just because it has Scott Eastwood in...okay maybe a little. Firstly, their blossoming love is enough to melt the blackest of hearts. Also, it has a cowboy in. Whoever says they don't have a soft spot for cowboys is a liarrr.

4. TITANIC

Ah, 'Titanic'. This film is obviously based on a true event, which makes it more real and definitely even more romantic. Two good-looking passengers are separated due to their difference in classes. , After overcoming this they fall deeply in love, only to be ripped apart by that pesky sea. I'm really not doing the film justice. Trust me, watching it will be the best thing you ever do!

5. GOING THE DISTANCE

This film illustrates the difficulties of a long-distance relationship, and how hard it is to be separated from your lover. The film certainly has a comical side to it as well (one word for you: table-humping) yet does tap into our romantic sides. Give it a watch, it's adorable.

6. THE VOW

Channing again...mm...sorry, where was I? Oh yeah, 'The Vow' is so sad yet so frustrating yet so stunning all at the same time. Poor Leo's wife is in an accident that leads to her having severe memory loss. This means that she can't remember him. Throughout the film, we watch Leo's desperate attempts to win his wife back, but she struggles to return his love. I'm not going to tell you the ending, so just watch it :)

7. SAFE HAVEN

Damn, this one is action-packed. A veryveryvery mysterious girl (Katie) arrives at a new town and finds herself talking to a very handsome young man. But, as I said, it's more exciting than just that. It's kinda linked to the genres of mystery and crime...did I persuade you? No? Eh, just shut up and watch it.

8. THE LAST SONG

This film has MILEY FRICKING CYRUS in. Do I need to say any more? Not only do we all love her, but her current bae Liam Hemsworth is in it too. Awww it's goals seriously.

9. STEP-UP

Errr okay, so this one also has Channing Tatum in. I promise, I'm not an obsessed psychopath :// But seriously, this film is amazing. And, it gives you the sudden urge to learn how to bust a move.

10. THE NOTEBOOK

I LOVE this film. It tells the story of a young (hot) couple, from the point of view of their older selves. Sounds confusing, right? It's not, it is 100% gonna pull on your heart strings. In some ways, it acts as a sorta warning to those people that let their lover slip away. Moral of the film: those who you're meant to be with, will come back. So, chin up chicken.
